Intermediate - Training individuals w/ some experience in Martial Arts the the proper Techniques of Thai Boxing. Introducing methods of     using elbows, knees and Thai - style leg kicks. Advance - Personal one-on-one training for professionals. You will learn highly effective standup striking, knees and elbows that will take you to the very highest level.
