Muay Thai is considered the King of all Martial Arts or sometimes referred to as a Martial Science because it is more than an art. Muay Thai uses several parts of the body as weapons; Hands, feet, elbows, shins and knees. All aspects of Muay Thai can be learned in this class including techniques that are not always allowed in the ring; however, our focus is to teach proper technique, self discipline, patience, and confidence.
